Aluminum Heat Treating

Our management team and entire staff are here to service your metal finishing needs. No aluminum heat treating job is too big or too small for us to handle. Our customers value our expertise, and enjoy the team approach that we bring to working together, along with very open lines of communication.

We strive to be the best in the industry for Quality, Customer Service, Timely Deliveries.

You can be confident in our quality systems and that your parts are processed to meet your requirements. You and your customer benefit from the highest level of quality control procedures, documented by our AS9100 Rev D and ISO9001:2015 certification.

Every product (or group of products) is tested, tagged and documented. Your parts are not leaving our shop until we absolutely know they are right!

The process is verified by using hardness testing, electrical conductivity or tensile data so you won’t have to worry about the accuracy of the final product. You receive the exact metal conditions needed for your parts to be dependable and durable, above the minimum AMS hardness standard.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is in effect and substantiated by tensile hardness testing and electrical conductivity testing with instruments traceable to the National Bureau of Standards (NBS).

Your advantage is our 38 years of experience in aluminum heat treating. Computer systems alone cannot be relied upon to protect a piece from distortion. With four options for quenching, we can minimize if not eliminate distortion.
