Vacuum Heat Treatment

You receive bright, clean parts with minimal distortion from Modern Metal Processing's vacuum heat treatment system.  With precise temperature and atmosphere control, your parts are processed in an efficient and timely manner to your specifications on your schedule.  

The quality control elements of our system provide you with a service that is predictable, reliable and manageable.  Thermocouple contact to your parts allows the transmission of processing information to a computer that generates a permanent graphic log guaranteeing verification for you and your customer. 

To assure strict processing control, our equipment is calibrated every two months by certified Honeywell technicians - unlike most companies that calibrate their equipment once, maybe twice a year.  Our instruments are traceable to the National Bureau of Standards assuring accurate accounting of the vacuum heat treatment of your parts.

These elements come together to not only give you the parts you need when you need them, but to give you peace of mind.  We work with you to help you deliver the goods to your customer.  It is our goal to make you look good in your customers' eyes.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is substantiated by hardness testing with instruments traceable to the National Bureau of Standards (NBS).  Additionally we are ISO 9001:2000 registered.
