Receive bright, clean parts with minimal distortion on time and within budget.  We handle and treat your parts as if they were our own.  Thermocouple contact with direct connection to microcomputers guarantees the ultimate processing control.  Bi-monthly calibration of our equipment solidifies the processing.  Service is our specialty with vacuum heat treating being another tool in our arsenal.

  • Every product will be tested

  • Where applicable, Statistical Process Control (SPC) will determine the optimum heating time and temperature for heat treating the parts.

  • The process will be verified by using hardness testing and/or electrical conductivity and tensile data.

  • Each piece or group of parts will be inspected and tagged before it leaves our shop.

  • You will receive the exact metal conditions that you need for your part to be dependable and durable above the minimum AMS hardness standard.

  • You will receive your parts when you need them relative to standard processing timeframes.

For brazing:

  • A partnership with you to achieve the desired result via consultation and coordination.
