It is important to realize that a braze cycle will eliminate the temper of the brazed material. Please request a heat treatment cycle to restore the original temper of the material following the braze cycle.

A joint venture with a continuous brazing facility in Mid-Michigan is now in place! This new partnership brings you the ability to receive heat exchangers in a continuous production format that saves time and money!

The furnace is a Seco Warwick, continuous radiant electric model. With an opening of 30 wide by 8" high, cores can be brazed as big as 26 x 32, up to 5 inches thick. The furnace is designed for about 20 cores per hour, depending on the size. In addition, you have four highly experienced full time aluminum tig welders that weld anything efficiently and beautifully!

Continuous brazing production means continuous customer benefits of time and cost efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
